Criteria of Eligibility:

The candidates must possess minimum educational qualification as specified for post mentioned.

For Post 1- Chief Managers (Scale IV)/ Regional Development Managers (Scale IV/ Scale V): Applicants should be having an under graduate or post graduate degree in any discipline along with JAIIB/ CAIIB and at least 10 years of banking experience as an Officer/ Manager in any scheduled commercial banks of India.

For Post 2-Executives (Scale V-Assistant General Manager/ Scale VI-Deputy General Manager and Scale VII- General Manager): Candidates should be professionally qualified or graduation or post graduation passed along with CAIIB and 15 years of post qualification experience as a Senior Manager/ Officer in field concerned.

Age Bar:

The maximum age should not be more than 45 years for Post 1 and more than 50 years for Post 2 respectively for all eligible candidates as on the closing date of recruitment.
