XAT Admission 2014-15
The Xavier School of Management invites applicants from all over the world for MBA and other allied programmes admissions in different member colleges and institutes across India for the impending academic batch every year. The school holds an entrance exam, namely, XAT which stands for Xavier’s Aptitude Test for shortlisting eligible students. The latest XAT was conducted on 5th January, 2014. Eager individuals, who wish to appear in this entrance exam, are advised to go through these details carefully and apply as soon as the next official announcement is made on its website i.e. xatonline.net.in .
Interested and qualified aspirants are supposed to apply online via the official web portal- xatonline.net.in . Initially, they need to register themselves on this online application portal of the aforesaid website by clicking on the link for “XAT Registration” and filling up the preliminary details. After successful registration, candidates will receive a XAT ID and a unique password. Login with this id and password and enter your personal, educational and other necessary details. Now proceed for payment of INR.950/- (INR.650/- for candidates belonging to reserved groups) as application fee by the means of IDBI Net Banking, VISA/ Master Credit/Debit Card or a DD issued in favor of “XLRI Jamshedpur A/c XAT” payable at Jamshedpur. After successful payment of this fee candidates are supposed to upload a scanned copy of their recent colored passport size photograph, signature and then finally submit this e-application and wait for the confirmation page to be generated. Print confirmation page for your reference. However, applicants who paid the fee through cash or DD need to send their DD or Pay-in-slip along with the confirmation page to the below given address within the prescribed last dates:

The Xavier School of Management conducts a common entrance test- XAT (Xavier’s Aptitude Test) for the selection of contenders looking forward for admission in PG management programmes. This test is held in the month of January every year at its different centres across India. The candidates will be assorted only on the grounds of their attainment of marks in their past academic records, written admission test and other activities. Thus, aspirants who do not crack this exam successfully will not be eligible for admission in the University.
Applicants who seek to appear in XAT should be at least a Graduate in any discipline under 10+2+3 pattern. However, appearing students are also eligible to apply for this exam. Students, who do not accomplish these conditions, will not be eligible to appear in the XAT under any circumstances.
