UPSEE MBA Exam Pattern 2014 Paper Pattern & Selection Criteria
The Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) is the common entrance exam conducted in the paper pencil modes for all the eligible applicants wishing to participate in the concerned exam. The Uttar Pradesh Technical University Lucknow offers admissions in the following courses including MBA (Master of Business Administration): B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology), B.Pharma (Bachelor of Pharmacy), B.Arch (Bachelor of Archeology), B.FAD (Bachelor of Fashion & Apparel), MCA (Master of Computer Applications) respectively.

Eligibility for Exam:
The candidates should be graduate from any discipline of three years duration with the minimum of 55% marks obtained in the concerned qualifying exam.
Paper Pattern:
The Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination is a paper pencil test having objective type multiple choice based questions on the following four sections as given below:
Section I: English Language
Section II: Numerical Aptitude
Section III: Thinking and Decision Making
Section IV: General Awareness
The Aptitude Test conducted for the MBA Course admission shall consist of a total of 100 questions to be solved in the given time frame.
Total Marks Allotted: 400
Marking Pattern:
The paper shall consist of multiple choice based questions having four to five options per question. For every question answered correctly by the candidates, there will be an addition of four marks while for every incorrect answers marked by the candidates, there will be deduction of zero marks respectively. The answers can be marked in the OMR Sheets using only Blue/ Black Ball Point Pens by the applicants.
