1. फ़ोटो 3 महीने से ज़्यादा पुरानी नहीं होनी चाहिये ।

2. फोटो कलर वाली चाहिये, ब्लैक न वाइट नहीं ।

3. Size 20KB से 50KB के बीच होना चाहिये ।

4. Dimension 3.5 cm (width) X 4.5 cm (height) होना चाहिये ।

5. फोटो लेते समय टोपी या चश्मा नहीं लगे होने चाहिये, और दोनों कान साफ नज़र आने चाहिये।

6. फोटो blur नहीं बिल्कुल क्लियर होना चाहिये।

7. छात्रों से निवेदन है, खासकर महिला छात्रों से की फ़ोटो में फ़िल्टर का प्रयोग ना करें।

1. The photo should not be more than 3 months old.

2. The photo should be in color, not black or white.

3. Size should be between 20KB to 50KB.

4. Dimension should be 3.5 cm (width) X 4.5 cm (height).

5. Cap or glasses should not be worn while taking photos, and both ears should be clearly visible.

6. The photo should not be blurry at all.

7. Students are requested, especially women students, do not use filters in the photos.
