Sri Ramachandra University Admission Form

Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai lately published an admission advertisement for MBBS and BDS Programmes for the academic batch 2014 on its authorized website- sriramachandra.edu.in . Interested aspirants are requested to send their completed application forms within or on the last date of receipt of the same, which is 15^th May, 2014. The prescribed application form is available for download on its official site since 30^th March, 2014 onwards. Academic Requirements:

For MBBS- Applicants need to be HSC or Intermediate pass (10+2) or equivalent with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (or Botany & Zoology)/ Biotechnology as compulsory subjects with relevant scores as prescribed by the MCI.

For BDS– Applicants need to be HSC or Intermediate pass (10+2) or equivalent with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (or Botany & Zoology) as compulsory subjects with relevant scores as prescribed by the DCI.

Intimation Fee:

All candidates who seek admission in the Sri Ramachandra University for the above programmes are supposed to remit an application or intimation fee amounting to INR.500/- while applying. This payment is to be made through a Demand Draft favoring Sri Ramachandra University, Porur, Chennai – 116. Candidates failing to deposit this prescribed fee will not be considered for admissions.

Selection Procedure:

The selection of applicants will be made on their merit, based on the marks attained by them in the Entrance Examination conducted by Sri Ramachandra University on All India basis. This Entrance Exam will be taking place on 1^st June, 2014 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm for MBBS Programme, whereas from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm for BDS Programme at its centres located in Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata and Pune. It is obligatory for all applicants to appear, as well as clear this entrance exam for getting shortlisted for the further rounds.

How to Apply:

Aspirants who satisfy all the academic requirements of their desired programme are supposed to download the Sri Ramachandra University respective Admission forms via its authorized web portal- sriramachandra.edu.in . After downloading, fill all your authentic details precisely without making any mistake. Finally attach the DD and copies of other necessary relevant documents along with it as specified in the prospectus. Once all these are enclosed together in an envelope, forward it to the University address within or on 15^th May, 2014. However, applications reaching after this closing date of receiving applications will not be entertained.
