State Institute of Public Administration & Rural Development invites aspirants for admittance in its oncoming academic year annually. Application Procedure:

All interested aspirants who seek admissions into SIPARD must follow these simple guidelines to a successful enrollment:-

a.) Log on to SIPARD’s official web portal- sipard.nic.in and download the recommended application form through links provided on the page. However, the same can also be obtained from the Institute on cash payment of the announced application fee.

b.) If downloaded from official site, remit the application fee charged as specified in the admission notice through a Demand Draft or any Nationalized Bank Challan.

c.) Now send the appropriately filled up application form to the recommended address before the announced due date enclosed with the demand draft and copies of all necessary credentials in support of your details given on application.

Conditions of Eligibility:

Applicants must be Higher Secondary or Intermediate pass with the relevant stream under any recognized board of education. Apart from this, candidates must also have a good command over both spoken and written English language.

Admission System:

Admission to the aforesaid programmes will be made through an entrance test conducted by the Institute. The final selection will take place on the grounds of attainment of candidates in this entrance test. This entrance test includes 3 parts, namely- Aptitude Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. It is obligatory for all applicants to appear in these tests at their own expense.


SIPARD is an autonomous training institute registered under the Registration of Societies Act, 1860 and it enjoys financial and functional autonomy. The Institute has come into existence in the year 1993 and since then it has been organizing training programmes for State government officials, representatives of PRIs, members of NGOs etc. working in the State.
