How to Apply:
Interested and eligible can apply for admissions through both Online and Manual mode. In case applying manually, applicants need to obtain the Prospectus and the Application form by sending a crossed Demand Draft worth INR.450/- in favor of the Registrar, Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology & Sciences, payable at Allahabad through registered post. However, applicants may also obtain the same in person from the University Fee Counter on all working days on cash payment of INR.400/-. In case applying online, candidates need to log on to the University’s official website- shiats.edu.in and refer to the link provided for Online Application. Fill this form correctly without making any mistake. Once the e-application form is filled consequently a Challan will be generated amounting to Rs.1200/-, which is supposed to be deposited either at the Punjab National Bank or at Axis Bank branches PAN India. After successful remittance of the fee, a copy of the Challan duly affixed with a photograph must be sent to the Registrar’s Office within the prescribed dates positively.

Admission Process:
All admissions in the University will be made strictly on merit as determined on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in the Entrance examination or Direct Interview held by the SHIATS. This entrance exam is scheduled on 28th May, 2014 at different sessions for various Undergraduate, Postgraduate, B.Ed and M.Ed courses.
