Job Profile: Confidential Assistant Grade 2

Method of Recruitment: Direct Employment
Scale of Stipend: from Rs. 13210/- to Rs. 22360/-
Age Bar: The contender’s age must fall in between 18yrs to 36 yrs (must born in between 2nd Jan 1978 to the date 1st Jan 1996).
Age Relaxation: Contenders will be relaxed as per the government rules.
Academic Background: The scholastic maturity of “The Kerala High Court” has declared that any applicant having graduation degree in any discipline can apply for the post.

Skill Requirement: Aspirants need to have good typewriting or typing skill and knowledge of shorthand etc.
Selection Methodology: Candidates typing skill will be examined by the dictation test conducted by the board after Interview round.
Charges to be paid: Aspirants, who belongs to General category, have to issue a DD of Rs. 250/- in the favor of “Registrar, Kerala High Court” payable at “Ernakulam” (Do not forget to write your name and address on the back side of the DD).
No charges are imposed on candidates of reserved category (SC, ST, OBC or PWD etc).
How to register your Candidature: Visit the official website and get the application form from there. Candidates are asked to fill all the details asked in the application form. Do not leave any column blank. Do not put (-) or (.) in any column, if needed write “Not Applicable”. Send the form together with all the qualifying certificates and photograph affixed at place given. Every document should be self attested & photograph should be cross signed on the application.
The envelope should be superscripted with “Application for the post of
Confidential Assistant Grade 2 (NCA and General Recruitment-2014)” and send the same to “The Registrar General, High Court of Kerala, Ernakulam, Kochi – 682 031” through regular post.
