The Rajasthan Ayurved University is popularly called as Dr Sarvepali Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurved University. Established in Jodhpur as the second Ayurveda University in world, the university is affiliated to about 44 colleges / institutions in Ayurved, Unani, Homeopathy studies. The university has been officially brought into existence by DSRRAU Act 2002 of the state legislature passed for this purpose. The main courses under which students can avail admissions include the following: BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, MD (Ayurveda), MD (Homeopathy) and PhD Ayurveda respectively.
