Selection Process:

The Prist University conducts an Admission Exam at its different centres for the selection of candidates seeking admission in any of the courses. The candidates will be shortlisted only on the basis of their marks attained in their past academic records, written admission test and other extra activities, if any. Thus, applicants who do not qualify or appear in this exam successfully will not be admissible in the University in any case.

 Minimum Pre-requisites:

For Engineering & Technology Courses: Intermediate pass with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology or Technical Vocational subject with not less than 45% marks in aggregate.

For Management Courses (PGDM, MBA etc): Recognized Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 3 Yrs Duration with not less than 50% marks in aggregate at the qualifying Examination.

For M.E/ M.Tech Courses: Bachelors degree or equivalent in the relevant field with not less than 50% % marks in aggregate at the qualifying Examination.

For B.Ed Courses: Recognized Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 3 Yrs Duration with not less than 45% marks in aggregate at the qualifying Examination.

 Application Methodology:

Candidates fulfilling the eligibility particulars in accordance with the details given on the official website or the respective information brochure can only apply. Enthusiastic aspirants can obtain the application form from any of the University Campuses on payment of an application fee of Rs.200/- through a DD issued in favor of PRIST UNIVERSITY payable at Thanjavur. However, the same can also be downloaded from the university’s authorized gateway i.e. prist.ac.in . In case downloaded from the official site, fill all the mandatory details carefully in your own handwriting with block letters precisely and attach it with other obligatory copies of documents in support of your academic qualifications as specified in the application form as well as the DD. Finally, forward the completed form and other enclosures to the below mentioned address via speed or registered post on or before the announced due dates:
