PAM CAT Admissions 2014 Details of Eligibility & Entrance Exam

The Punjab Technical University Jalandhar conducts the Common Aptitude Test to short list candidates who have applied for the MCA & MBA courses of the university. The Punjab Admission to Master of Computer Applications Course is organized through the Common Aptitude Test every year in the last week of May for all the interested candidates. PAM CAT Eligibility Required:

For MBA Course: The applicant should be a graduate in the concerned discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from any UGC/ AICTE approved college/ university

For MCA Course: The applicants should be having a graduate degree of three years duration with a minimum of 50% marks and should have passed Intermediate with Mathematics as the main subject or have completed three years of graduation in the Computer Applications from any recognized university/ colleges for this purpose.

Apart from this, the candidates who are in the final year of their qualifying degree exam can also appear in the concerned entrance exam.

PAM CAT Admissions 2014:

The candidates selected on the basis of the concerned entrance exam will be admitted in the Punjab Technical University, Guru Nanak Dev University and the colleges affiliated to it, Punjabi University Patiala, Punjab Agricultural University Ludhiana and Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University Fatehgarh Sahib respectively.

The candidates in order to get admissions in the Management Courses will have to appear in the Management Entrance Test (MET)/ PAM CAT Entrance Tests respectively.
