Pay Band – The consolidated remuneration received by Manager will be Rs.29,100/- to Rs.54,500/- per month and consolidated remuneration received by Deputy Company Secretary and Senior Manager will be Rs.32,900/- to Rs.58,000/- per month.

Age Block – Contenders, who are willing to apply for the positions of Deputy Company Secretary, Manager and Senior Manager should not be more than 50 years of age as on 1^st of January, 2016.

Pre – requisites of Education –

a). Deputy Company Secretary : Applicants should have obtained Graduation degree in any stream with 60 per cent marks from a known University / Institute and should have passed final examination of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
