For Executive Trainee (Accounts): Rs 15600 p.m. (as stipend during training)
For HR Manager and Programmer: Rs 30000 p.m. (during 1st year with 5% increase every year)
For Office Assistant: Rs 11000 p.m. with 5% increase every year

Requirements of Eligibility:
The minimum eligibility should be CA to get selected in the post of Deputy Directors (F&A) and CA/ ICWA for Executive Trainee (Accounts) respectively. Candidates should have MBA (HR) as a regular full time degree to get selected in the post of HR Manager. The applicants should be B.E. (CS/ IT) or MCA with 3 years of experience for the Post of Programmer and graduation passed in any discipline or BBA along with Shorthand, typing and computer knowledge of working on MS Office to get selected in the Office Assistant Posts respectively.

Age Bar:
Maximum age of all candidates will be regulated in the manner as specified -45 years for Post 1; 35 years for Post 2; 40 years for Post 3 and 30 years for Post 4 & 5 respectively as on the last date of applications i.e. 10th March 2015.
Criteria of Selection:
The selections under MP TRANSCO Recruitment 2015 shall be done through written test and interview examinations as scheduled and conducted for it.
