Norms of Eligibility:

The candidates applying in the posts available should be at least Matriculation/ Intermediate/ Graduation passed along with a Certificate or Diploma in field of Conservation of archival heritage from any recognized university or institution for getting selected in the post of Supervisors and Preservation Assistants respectively. The minimum eligibility required for participating in the post of Conservation Attendants and Helpers is Matriculation from any recognized boards of India.

Age Bar:

The applicants should have their ages lying in between 18 to 45 years as on the date of closing applications i.e. within 30 days from the date of advertisement publication.

Method of Selection:

Required Qualification –

For Archival Assistant : Post Graduation Degree in Modern Indian History OR 1750 A.D. one optional paper

For Helper : Class 8^th degree

For Supervisor : ADA from National Archives of India/ Retired Archivist OR 05 yrs of working experience in Archival field/ Archives OR alike projects with Post Graduation Degree in the Modern Indian History.

For Mender : At least High School qualified along with training of Archival Conservation
