Norms of Eligibility:
The minimum eligibility required for participating in the concerned recruitment is RRBs CWE-III qualified as well as all the conditions of eligibility specified in official advertisement published in the Employment News/ Rozgar Samachar dated 28th June – 4th July 2014 for CWE –III conducted by IBPS in September 2014. In addition, to the specified eligibility, candidates must also possess the language proficiency as per the local area concerned. The candidates in order to get selected in the recruitment mentioned must have proficiency in Khasi/ Garo language or should have studied the languages concerned at Class 10th level.

Age Criteria:
Relaxations in the upper ages shall be granted by bank according to rules framed for this purpose to all deserving candidates only.
Basis of Selection:
The applicants who have qualified the CWE-III conducted by IBPS for all RRBs in September 2014 in required cut off marks and merit shall be invited to attend personal interviews by bank on scheduled dates at head office of Meghalaya Rural Bank, Shillong as the final round of selection. The minimum cut off marks should be as follows for the following categories of posts-
SC/ST/ SCPWD/ ST-PWD: 70 & Above
OBC/ GEN/ OBC-PWD/ GEN-PWD: 80 & Above
