 Eligibility Details:

Undergraduate Programmes- Candidates must have passed their Intermediate (10+2) Examination with the pertinent stream from a recognized board of education.

PG Diploma Programmes- Candidates must be in possession of their Masters Degree in the relevant stream from a reputed College or University.

Post Graduate Programmes– Candidates must be in possession of their Bachelors Degree in the relevant stream from a reputed College or University.

Application Procedure:

Aspirants who fulfill all the pre- requisite eligibility criterions may download the Application forms the authentic gateway of Mangalore University. However, Application form and the prospectus can also be attained from the below mentioned address:-

The applicants will be charged with INR.300/-, if present in the office or else with INR.350/- if ordered by post. This payment is to be made by a Demand Draft or Challan slip favoring- “Finance Officer, Mangalore University” payable at Mangalore. All these are to be enclosed in a self-addressed envelope of size 40×17 cms with the preferred course name & name of subject super scripted on it.

Deserving and eligible applicants will be chosen for admission on the grounds of an entrance test conducted in the relevant departments. The shortlisted candidates will have to pay an Entrance Test Fee amounting to INR.300/-, however candidates belonging to reserved categories will be provided with proper relaxation of discounted charges as per norms.

About:

Mangalore University, Konaje was entrenched in the year 1980. It came out of a diffident PG centre of the University of Mysore. The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) attributed this University at the 4 Star levels. The University of Manglore is one of the main centers for the study of environment and ecology.

 This University was the first to start UG programs such in the disciplines of Hotel Management, Human Resource Development, Fashion Design and Yogic Sciences. The University has been ranked 24 among top 50 Universities in terms of publication production. It has established good contacts through exchange of researchers and learners from universities in USA, UK, Finland, Japan, Norway, Germany, Spain and other countries.
