MAH MBA MMS CET Admission 2014-15

The Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra welcomes numerous candidates for admittance to its MBA/MMS programme in various institutes of Maharashtra annually. The procedure of admittance starts from the month of January every year usually. Thus, all candidates are suggested register as soon as the official admission notice is published in its authorized website- dtemaharashtra.gov.in after reading the details provided below. The selection of applicants takes place by conducting MBA MMS CET i.e. Common Entrance Test conducted in the month of March usually.

Details of Eligibility:

All candidates should have cleared any Bachelor’s degree under any of the Universities integrated by an act of the central or state  legislature  in  India  or  other  educational  institutions  established  by  an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University of at least 3 years duration  in  any  discipline  recognized  by  the Association of Indian Universities scoring not less than 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA (45% for reserved candidates  belonging to the state of Maharashtra only),  or  possess  an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. However, appearing candidates may also apply for this exam.

Application Method:

Interested and qualified aspirants are supposed to apply from- dtemaharashtra.gov.in via online mode. At first, candidates need to register themselves on this online application portal of the aforesaid website. After successful registration, candidates will receive a login id and a password. Now pay an amount of INR.1000/- (INR.800/- for candidates belonging to reserved groups) as application fee by the means of Axis Bank e-Challan, Net Banking, or Credit/Debit Card. After paying this fee candidates must proceed with the online application process. Fill all mandatory details required in the online application form, upload a soft copy of your latest photograph, sign and lastly submit the page after re checking all the details once more. Take a hard copy printed out of the confirmation page and forward it to the recommended address along with the Challan copy within the announced dates.

Selection Criteria:

The assortment of suitable applicants is made on the grounds of the merit list prepared according to the marks attained by them in the MBA MMS CET conducted at various centres across Maharashtra. It is an online entrance test which was held in on 15^th & 16^th March, 2014 this year. All applicants who appeared in this entrance exam may check their results on the aforesaid web portal by now.

Important Dates:

21^st April, 2014: Date scheduled for announcement of results.

12^th May to 22^nd May, 2014: Verification of Documents

2^nd June, 2014: Date scheduled for final announcement of results.
