Consolidated Remuneration – INR 20,000/- per month will be the consolidated remuneration offered to applicants selected for the positions of Recovery Facilitator & Translator and INR 15,000/- per month will be the consolidated remuneration offered to applicants selected for the position of Counselor at Financial Literacy.
Age Block – Aspirants interested in applying for the positions of Counselor at Financial Literacy, Recovery Facilitator and Translator should fall under the age limit of 62 years to 65 years. Contenders who do not fall under this age limit are not eligible to apply for the above mentioned positions.
Minimum Academic Requirement – Applicants should be retired as Bank officers (Scale-II, Scale-III, Scale-IV) with experience in the required field and should have worked in semi / urban areas.

Conditions of Eligibility:
