KLE PGAIET Exam Pattern 2014 Details of Eligibility, Marking and Structure of Question Paper
The KLE University conducts the common entrance exam, popularly called as the Post Graduate All India Entrance Test 2014. The exam is organized every year in the months of January/ February respectively to short list the eligible applicants in different Post Graduate and Diploma courses in the field of Medicine/ Dentistry. The concerned exam provides admission to the students qualifying in the KLE University and its constituent colleges. The exam is conducted all over India at the different centres of examination as specified for this purpose.

Eligibility for Exam:
The applicants should be MBBS/ BDS course from any Medical Council of India/ Dental Council of India recognized medical college/ university along with the compulsory rotating internship completed by 30th April 2014 for this purpose. The candidates should have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in the entrance exam to take admission in the offered courses.
Pattern of Examination:
The KLE University will be conducting the Post Graduate All India Entrance Test in the paper pencil modes for all the applicants to be answered in the given time frame. The paper shall consist of objective type multiple choice questions on the concerned subjects.

Total Marks Allotted: 180
Duration of Exam: 3 Hours
Marking Scheme:
The Post Graduate All India Entrance Test shall be evaluated in the following manner: 1 mark for each correct question answered by the applicants and no deduction of marks for the incorrect attempts made by them respectively.
The candidates will be given ICR (Intelligent Character Reader) for answering questions in the exam. The applicants qualifying in the concerned entrance exam will be provided admissions through Counseling held subsequently after the announcement of the results.
