KIITEE Exam 2014 Entrance Exam Details for University Courses

The KIIT University is located in Bhubaneswar Odisha. The university provides admission to a number of courses in engineering and management. The university admissions are held every year through a common entrance exam called as KIITEE /KIIT Entrance Exam. The candidates wishing to enroll in the university programmes can do so through the university website at kiitee.ac.in. The online applications are open for all the eligible candidates interested to participate in the concerned entrance exam.

KIITEE 2014 Exam Details:

The online computer based test for the current session/ KIITEE 2014 is scheduled to take place from 24^th April 2014 to 3^rd May 2014 respectively for all the candidates. The online application forms will be made available at the website of the university from 20^th December 2013 to 20^th March 2014. The candidates can apply for a particular course of the university from the online application window only after confirming their eligibility in the concerned courses.

5. Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)- 4 Years

6. Biotechnology (Dual Degree Course Program) -5 Year

7. Bachelor of Science Nursing -4 Year

8. Bachelor of Arts LLB/ BBA LLB/ Bachelor of Science LLB- 5 Year

9. Bachelor of Business Administration- 3 Year

10. Master of Computer Applications (Integrated Course)- 5 Year

11. Bachelor of Design (Fashion/ Textile) -4 Year

12. Bachelor of Film and TV Production- 5 Years

Eligibility for KIITEE:

The candidates in order to be eligible for the different courses in the under graduate level should have the following educational qualifications:

i) B.Tech (4 years)/ B.Tech + M.Tech (5 years) / B.Tech + MBA (5 years)

Intermediate/ Class 12^th with a minimum of 60% Marks in the following subject: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics combined score

ii) B.Arch (5 years)

Intermediate/ Class 12^th with 60% marks in Mathematics and should be NATA 2014 qualified as conducted by the Council of Architecture New Delhi

iii) MBBS/ BDS

Class 12^th with a minimum of 50% Marks (40% marks for SC/ST) in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. The maximum and the minimum age limit should be 17 and 25 years respectively for all the applicants

iv) BBA

Intermediate with 50% marks secured in Mathematics /Economics/ Statistics as a main subject of study in 10+2

v) BA LLB/ BBA LLB/ B.Sc. LLB (5 year)

Intermediate in Science stream with a minimum of 45% marks for all the applicants

Admission/ Selection Criteria:

The admission to all the courses available shall be done on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance exam as well as the qualifying exam. The merit list will be announced online at the website. Selected students will be called for the Counseling held at the university campus for final admissions.

Applications for KIITEE 2014:

Online application forms can be filled online at the website of university till 20^th March 2014. The completed application forms should be sent to the university offices latest by 25^th March 2014.
