Location : Berkshire/Hampshire

Position : Customer Relationship Manager/Junior Account Manager

Experience: 2-5/0-5 Year

Qualification Required: MCA/CA
Experience managing KPIs and SLAs. • Proven experience managing and administering customer accounts, ideally in a technology space. • Previous experience in a technical support environment with knowledge of technical terminology. • A working knowledge in an ITIL compliant environment (ITIL V3 accreditation would be highly desirable). The successful applicant MUST speak German fluently and have extensive knowledge of the German culture as your customers will predominantly be based in Germany.
