Position : Solutions Architect/Senior Consultant

Experience: 7+/10-15 Year

Qualification Required:
Professional Leadership: A Solution Architect main asset is knowledge and expertise in the level he/she presents. He leads for future growth in his role as technical authority supporting and advising the customer and the business. He knows what the trends are in the Telco world, what the competitors offer and which solutions should be accommodated.
Influence without Authority: Since the Architect does not manage the development, but needs to make an impact on it, charisma and a natural ability to influence others is a great asset.
Communication: Derived from the previous competency – excellent communication skills are a critical asset for success.
Natural Curiosity: Constant learning and knowledge updates are important tools for the Architect/University degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or relevant work experience)
Minimum of 7 years experience in the software, Internet, or data communications industry
Understanding of IP technologies
