JMIEEE Admission 2014-15

 The JMI, Faculty of Engineering and Technology recently announced its admission notification for the academic year 2014 in all national newspapers and its official website i.e. jmi.ac.in . Engrossed applicants are requested to send their online applications or the OMR forms within or on the last date of receipt of the same, which is 30^th April, 2014. All applicants will have to appear in an entrance test, namely Jamia Millia Islamia Engineering Entrance Examination, commonly known as JMI EEE for admittance to any of the following programmes:

Important Dates:

26^th March, 2014- Commencement of application process.

30^th April, 2014- Last date for submitting OMR / Online Forms by post.

14^th June, 2014- JMI EEE date.

24^th June, 2014- Declaration of results.

Intimation Fee:

All aspirants willing to appear in the JMI EEE need to remit a non refundable Intimation/ Application fee worth INR.600/- charged by JMI. Any sort of failure in this payment may result in cancellation of your application form.

Application Procedure:

Eligible and interested candidates may apply for admission via both online and offline methods. Applicants may obtain the OMR application form and prospectus on cash payment of Rs.600 from the university counter, whereas for online application they need to fill the online application form available on its official gateway- jmi.ac.in . Fill all your authentic details on the e application form carefully so than no mistakes are made. After this candidates will be redirected to the payment portal from where they are supposed to remit the prescribed application fee. The details of the system generated payment receipt are to me mentioned in the online application form. At the end submit this form and after confirmation of registration number, get a print out version of this form, paste your latest color photo on it and send it to this address so that it reaches before 30^th April, 2014:-

Academic Pre-requisites:

–Master of Technology: Candidates need to be Graduates in any of the disciplines of Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Metallurgical, Mining, Agricultural Engineering or equivalent and relevant degrees in Engineering and Technology with at least 60% aggregate marks.

–Bachelor of Engineering: Candidates must be a Diploma holder of 3 or 4 year in relevant branch from recognized Polytechnic or Technical Institute with at least two years professional experience after passing Diploma in respective or relevant branch.

–Bachelor of Technology: All candidates must be Higher Secondary pass (10+2 pattern) / or its equivalent of a recognized Board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as their main subjects, with not less than 55% marks in PCM.
