IOCL Exam Pattern 2014 for Legal Professionals Recruitment
The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) will be recruiting candidates eligible in the post of Law Officers through CLAT 2014. The company has announced for at least 19 vacant positions to be filled through the common entrance exam scheduled to be held on 11th May 2014. The candidates who wish to apply for the post of Law Officers in IOCL should go through the details of the exam from here below which includes eligibility for exam and the paper pattern for the concerned exam.
IOCL Law Officer Recruitment Exam:
The candidates will have to appear in the Common Law Admission Test also called as CLAT 2014 for getting appointed as the Law Officers in the IOCL. The candidates shortlisted in the written exam will be called for the next round of selection which includes the GD (Group Discussion) and PI (Personal Interview) respectively for this purpose.
Paper Pattern for CLAT 2014:
The candidates in order to get selected in the IOCL Law Officer position have to qualify in the CLAT 2014 Entrance Exam for Post Graduate Courses. The CLAT 2014 for PG Courses contains Multiple Choice Questions from all the compulsory law subjects studied at the Under Graduate level as prescribed by the BCI for this purpose except Constitutional Law and Jurisprudence.
The second part of the paper will contain essay type descriptive questions from all the major law topics including Constitutional Law and Jurisprudence respectively.
Total Marks Allotted: 150
Distribution of Marks:
For Long Answer Questions: 100 Marks (4 questions of 25 marks each)
For Multiple Choice Questions: 50 Marks (50 Questions of 1 mark each)
Negative Marking of 0.25 for each wrong answers attempted by the candidates
1 Mark will be given for each correct answer marked by the candidates
Duration of Exam: two hours
Date of Exam: 11th May 2014
