Atmospheric Sciences, Meteorology, Oceanography, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Applied Physics, Statistics, Geophysics
OR
Engineering or Technology Degree from any renowned Institution or University having good Scientific Standing securing 60% of marks in the Bachelors

Desired Standards:
Any candidate having Doctoral degree in any one of the subjects mentioned above having Seven years of Research experience will be preferred first.
Nationality: Candidates applying for the vacancy must be an Indian by birth.
Requirement of Age:
Applicants applying for the post must not be more than 50 years of age.
