The Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics Pune is one of the oldest research and training institutes in Economics in India. Established in the year 1930, the institute is considered as the most preferred one for training and research in this domain. Eligibility for Admissions:
To avail admissions in the Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, the applicants should be having a graduation degree with either of the following subjects: Economics, Commerce, Management and any other equivalent subjects.
To avail admission in the Doctoral Programmes of the Institute, the applicants should be having the Masters degree in the concerned discipline for which you have made applications.
Applying Procedure:
The applicants should apply online from the Institute website at gipe.ac.in. The Institute has recently released the admission forms for the selection of candidates in the following courses: M.Sc. Programmes and Post Graduate Diploma in Law and Economics respectively. The candidates will be required to appear and qualify in a common entrance exam scheduled to be held in the first week of June.
The applicants can download the Prospectus/ Information Brochure from the website to get further details on eligibility and selection test respectively. The applicants should check their eligibility before applying online from the website for the concerned courses.
