ESIC (Employees’ State Insurance Corporation) Medical College & Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Bangalore has invited applications from all eligible and qualified candidates who wish to get selected in the posts of SR (Senior Residents) and Specialists respectively. The selections will be done on the basis of walk-in-interview as scheduled and conducted for this purpose. The recruitment will be made on a contract for a period of 3 years under Senior Residency Scheme and ESIC PGIMSR & Model Hospital Bangalore as mentioned.

2) Part Time Specialists (Radiology) -01 Post

Remuneration/ Pay Scale:

For Part Time Specialists: Rs 40000 p.m. for 2 sessions per day in 5 days a week + Rs 1000 for extra session of 2 hours+ Rs 1000 for attending emergency calls subject to a max. of Rs 8000 p.m.

For Senior Residents: Pay Band III: Rs 15600- Rs 39100 + Grade Pay of Rs 6600 + Other Allowances (as applicable)

Eligibility Requirements:

The applicants wishing to apply in the post of Part Time Specialists post should have a PG Degree or an equivalent qualification after MBBS with at least 3 years experience post PG Degree and 5 years experience post PG Diploma respectively. The minimum eligibility for getting selected in the post of Senior Residents is a PG Degree/ Diploma completed in concerned specialty and Post Doctoral (MD/ MCH) from any Medical Council of India recognized university.

Age Bar:

The upper age limits shall be restricted to 64 years for all those candidates wishing to apply in the post of Specialists as on 20th January 2015 and 33 years in case of PG Degree holders & 35 years in case of Post Doctoral Degrees as on the date of walk-in i.e. 20th February 2015 for getting selected in the post of SR respectively. The relaxations in the upper ages will be relaxed for deserving candidates as per the Government of India Rules.

Method of Selection:

The applicants will be short listed on the basis of walk-in-interview as scheduled and conducted for this purpose.

Candidates must carry their attested copies of MBBS, Diploma/ Degree certificate, age proof, caste certificate and registration certificate etc at the time of walk-in.
