Educational qualification/ experience –
For Assistant Company Secretary – Job Applicants who are interested for the post must have experience in Company Secretary in a reputed government or PSU or Private organization
For Deputy Manager – Aspirants must have experience of five years in a reputed government / PSU / Private Organization out of which total 2 years should be in the IDA.

Salary/ pay scale –
For Assistant Company Secretary – Rs. 12600 to 32500 or with CTC of Rs. 300000 per annum
For Deputy Manager – Rs. 16400 to 40500 or with CTC of Rs. 550000 per annum.
Age limit – Age of the Job Applicants must not exceed than 35 years for the post of Company Secretary and 40 years for the post of Deputy Manager as on 12 December 2015.
Mode of selection – Applicants who applied for the post will be shortlisted in the merit list and then final selection will be made on the basis of Personal Interview.
