BSF Constables Recruitment

Border security force one of the armed force of Government of India of Ministry of Home Affairs, Directorate General Border Security has openings for the position of Constables (GD). Aspirants willing to apply for the position and fulfill the criteria of eligibility can apply for the Constable position. In the various states of India namely West Bengal, Punjab, Mizoram, Meghalaya this position has been announced on contract basis.

Total Number of vacancies: 1671 positions of Constables (GD)

Educational Qualification: Aspirants who wish to apply for the same should be holding Matrics from any renowned board.                                                 

Age Limitation: Aspirants age should not be less than 23 years age, but must be more than 18 years of age. Age relaxation as per Government rules of India.

Procedure to Apply: Aspirants will be selected on the basis of various types of tests that will be conducted on the basis of performance of an individual in individual events of PST (Physical Test) and PET (Physical Efficiency Test) also the written exam. The willing applicant can download the application form from the website of the Border Security Force, New Delhi www.bsf.nic.in most up-to-date 31^st May 2013.

Pay Scale: constables will be paid the amount ofRs.6000/- P.M
