The Chennai Mathematical Institute (CMI) has been founded in the year 1989 by the SPIC Science Foundation for promoting research in Mathematics and Computer Science field. The institute offers admissions in the under graduate as well as post graduate courses available in the subjects concerned. The admissions are based on an entrance exam conducted at the following centres of examination: Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Calicut, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Imphal, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Pune, Ranchi, Shillong, Srinagar, Guwahati, Madurai and Trivandrum respectively.

The applicants willing to participate in the university entrance exams should apply for the same in March months. The application for the August 2014 admissions is already closed and the next registrations shall begin only in March 2015. The candidates who have appeared in the entrance exam conducted for this session will be able to view their results online by following the procedure as explained here below.

2] The list of all the selected applicants can be viewed online under the Admissions Page of website.

3] The Admissions page shall be having the section of results display. Go to the specified section from the right hand side menu bar.

4] Select your exam result links to be downloaded online for the institute entrance exams.

5] Save it or take print outs for your references at the time of final admissions.
