Central Hindi Training Institute Application Form 2014-15
The Central Hindi Training Institute will be welcoming applicants for admissions in its approaching academic batch 2014 shortly. This admission notice will be issued on its official web portal- rajbhasha.nic.in . Therefore, all candidates are suggested to go through the list of particulars provided below and apply as soon as this advertisement is published on its site. Some of the major courses offered at CHTI are mentioned below:-
-Hindi Typing on a computer / word processing Hindi and Hindi shorthand medium term training. Hindi Shorthand and the Hindi word processing / Hindi Typing
-Hindi word processing to run in 2014 / Hindi Typing and Hindi shorthand term (intensive) training program
-Intensive (Short Term) training programmes of Hindi Prabodh, Praveen and Pragya
-Hindi word processing / typing correspondence course training
-Hindi Typing on a computer / word processing Hindi / Hindi Typing (Manual) and Hindi Shorthand formed a long-term new classroom
Prabodh: Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil Telugu, Manipuri, Mizo, and English speaking officers/ employees may apply for this course. However, applicants who do not possess any primary level knowledge of Hindi are also eligible for Prabodh training.
Praveen: Candidates who have cleared the Prabodh Examination may apply for this course. However, those who have Marathi, Sindhi, Gujarati, Maithili, Santhali, Bodo, Dogri Nepali, Bengali, Assamese, Oriya as their mother tongue and those who do not possess the knowledge of Hindi of Middle Level can also apply directly.
Pragya: Candidates who have cleared the Praveen Examination may apply for this course. However, those who possess the knowledge of Hindi of middle or secondary level or whose knowledge of Hindi is below Matriculation are also eligible to apply. This training is compulsory for Urdu, Kashmiri, Punjabi and Pashto speaking officers and employees.
How to Apply:
Officer or employees fulfilling the aforesaid criteria of eligibility may download the recommended CHTI Application form via rajbhasha.nic.in . Get a print out of this form and fill it appropriately. Although the training in all these courses is provided for free to Government officers and employees, but the other PSU and Banks are liable to remit an examination fee worth INR.100/- in the form of DD drawn in favor of Deputy Director (Examination), Hindi Teaching Scheme, payable at New Delhi. Enclose all these together in an envelope and forward it to the University address on or within the announced last dates as specified in the notification.
In fulfillment with the legitimate provisions, the job of teaching Hindi to those staff of central government, who do not possess the knowledge of Hindi, was started by the Ministry of Education in July, 1952. In pursuance of the action taken on the proposals restricted in the President’s letter dated 12th June, 1955 addressed to the Minister of Home Affairs, it was decided that the work regarding teaching Hindi to the Central Government Employees be entrusted to the Ministry of Home Affairs. Accordingly, since 1955 Hindi classes under the Hindi Teaching Scheme are being conducted during office hours under the aegis of Ministry of Home Affairs.
