 Eligibility Details:

For B.A. Honours Courses- Aspirants must have passed Intermediate (10+2) from a recognized board of education with at least 50% of aggregate marks. Also, they must have their relevant major subject as a subject in 10+2.

For M.A. Courses- Aspirants must be in possession of their Graduation Degree from a recognized University or equivalent with 45% aggregate scores

For Ph.D/ M.Phil Courses- Aspirants must have completed their Post graduation with a minimum of 55%aggregate scores in the relevant field of study.

Application Process:

Students, who fulfill all pre requisite criterions as per the specific courses, may proceed for the application procedure. Before proceeding for applying, candidates must go through the following point carefully:-

-All applicants are supposed to fill the online application form which will be available shortly on the web portal. No other means of application will be entertained.

-Applicants who wish to apply for more than 1 UG or PG Programmes can apply through a single on-line application form.

-Applicants can apply for admission offline at the AUD campus in Kashmiri Gate whereas, online by visiting aud.ac.in and following the links available there.

-It’s a must for all aspirants to submit their Applications before the prescribed last date in any case. Failing in this might bar you from the admission.

-Applicants applying via online mode must be in possession of their scanned copy of their recent passport size photos & signatures before proceeding.

Admission/ Selection Method:

The candidates will be selected finally only on merit base as per the rules & measures and of the University. However, this Merit List will be set on the grounds of the marks attained by the students during their previous exams. Shortlisted candidates will have to submit the following documents for further procedure:-

1. DOB Certificate

2. Character Certificate from previous Institute (Attested copies)

3. Academic transcripts

4. Mark sheets

5. Caste Certificate

The AUD (Bharat Ratna Dr B.R. Ambedkar University), Delhi was recognized in 2007 through an Act of Legislature by National Capital Territory of Delhi Government. AUD is a government University providing research, postgraduate and undergraduate programs in the humanities and the social sciences.
