“Hande Erçel and Burak Deniz, previously seen together in Aşk Laftan Anlamaz, are reuniting after a seven-year hiatus for the new FOX drama series, Bambaşka Biri. The series is expected to be a major hit in Turkey. Originally known as “ki Yabanc,” this production by TIMS&B has Ethem “zşk” (known for Teşkilat, Maraşl) as the writer and is directed by Neslihan Yeşilyurt. The story revolves around Leyla (portrayed by Erçel), a young prosecutor looking to leave her tormented past and establish a new life, and Kenan (played by Deniz), a renowned journalist. Their lives intersect when Hamdi Atlbay is gruesomely killed in a forest. Kenan, too, is on a journey to reshape his existence.”
