It also cemented its place as the fourth top-grossing Marathi movie ever. Remarkably, it set a new benchmark with the largest single-day collection for a Marathi film, exceeding ₹6.10 crores. Produced with a budget of ₹5 crores, it’s the highest-grossing female-led film of 2023. Originally, Baipan Bhari Deva was slated for release on May 28, 2021. However, it was delayed first to January 28, 2022, then to January 6, 2023. Ultimately, the film saw its theatrical release on June 30, 2023. On its debut day, it garnered ₹1.25 crore across approximately 340-350 screens. Over its opening weekend, the film netted ₹5.90 crore and grossed ₹6.45 crore, positioning itself as the most successful Marathi weekend opener of 2023. With an impressive five-day total of ₹9.75 crores, Baipan Bhari Deva outshone all other Marathi films in revenue at the time, claiming the title of the highest-grossing Marathi movie of 2023.

In its inaugural week, Baipan Bhari Deva raked in a net of ₹11.50 crore and a gross of ₹12.50 crore in Maharashtra alone. On the eighth day, the film’s earnings surpassed its first-day figures, grossing over ₹2 crore, which brought the total earnings to ₹15.20 crore. On the ninth day, the film outdid Riteish Deshmukh’s Ved, by pulling in a staggering ₹5.70 crore in a single day. It then went on to collect ₹6.60 crore on the second Sunday, setting a new record for the highest one-day collection. The film amassed ₹26.19 crore in just 10 days. By the eleventh day, the gross earnings in Maharashtra exceeded ₹30 crore and reached ₹34.2 crore on a nationwide scale. The film’s gross earnings had surpassed ₹37.35 crores by the fourteenth day, and by the following day, it stood at ₹39.85 crores. As the movie’s net worth escalated, Baipan Bhari Deva managed to earn a commendable ₹2.75 crore net on its twenty-third day.
