Structure of the Salary Pay Scale: –
The aspirants will get an amount of INR 5000 per month as a stipend during the time of one year residential program. On completion of this one year program the aspirants will be placed as an Assistant Manager in Axis Bank, therefore there will be an increment in the monthly salary of the pay scale of the appointed aspirants. The aspirants will get an amount of INR 12000 per month during the three month internship.
