Name of the Organization: Allahabad University, Uttar Pradesh

Details of Post: Posting of the recruited candidates will be made in the Faculty itself, name of the posts offered with vacancies respectively:-

I. Associate Professor – 11posts

II. Professor – 05 posts

III. Assistant Professor – 25 posts

Total Number of Posts: 33 vacant seats

Salary Structure:

Associate Professor: Rs. 37, 400-67000/- GP Rs. 9000/-

Professor: Rs. 37, 400-67000/- GP Rs. 10000/-

Assistant Professor: Rs. 15, 600-39100/- GP Rs. 6000/-

Qualification Required: A candidate should possess Doctoral Degree and consistently good academic background throughout for “Associate Professor” & “Professor” posts. For the post of Assistant Professor, candidates need to have PG Degree with NET / SET / SLET either of these qualifications.

Selection Criteria: Once the application is been received by the University, examining the received application, contenders will get a call for screening test and personal Interviews.

Limitation of Age: Job seekers having the maximum age of 65 years are eligible to apply.

Note: Reserved class contenders will be relaxed up to 5% marks till master level.

Fee for Remittance: Applicants are required to make Demand Draft in favour of Finance Officer, University of Allahabad from any Public Sector Bank. Amount of pmt. Are as follows:

For Unreserved category contenders – Rs. 500/-

For Unreserved category contenders – Rs. 250/-

in the shape of DD favouring Finance Officer, University of Allahabad through any public sector bank.
