AIMAT Admission

The Asian Institute of Management welcomes aspirants from all over the world for admittance in the MBA (Master of Business Administration) & MDM (Master in Development Management) Programmes through an AIMAT (Asian Institute of Management Admission Test) scheduled every month at its different test centres across Asia. The notification for this admission can also be found on the authorized web portal- aim.edu. Thus, all interested candidates are suggested to go through the following list of particulars and apply online within the prescribed due dates.

Details of Eligibility:

For MBA- All candidates must possess a Graduation Degree, proficiency in spoken and written English as well as not less than 2 years of work experience.

For MDM- All candidates must possess a Graduation Degree under a nationally documented University, proficiency in spoken and written English as well as not less than 6 years of full time work experience including 3 years in supervisory or managerial position necessarily. Also, applicants must not exceed the age limit of 30 years while applying.

Application Process:

Qualified and engrossed candidates, accomplishing the entire criteria of eligibility of MBA Programme as stated above, are supposed to apply online through the link available on the official website- aim.edu. After successfully submitting the online application, candidates need to mail the scanned copies of their Resume, GMAT/GRE Score card, Academic transcripts and professional recommendations in PDF Format to [email protected]. Whereas, those interested for the MDM Programme are supposed to e-mail the following PDF copies of credentials to- [email protected]

-GMAT or GRE or AIM Admissions Test (AIMAT) result

Admission System:

The selection of eligible candidates for admission to the MBA & MDM programme will entirely be based on AIMAT (Asian Institute of Management Admission Test) conducted by the Institute and its centres all across Asia. The purpose of this admission test is to determine if the applicant has the minimum skills expected of students. The AIM Admission Test (AIMAT) evaluates applicants in the following areas:

-Critical Reasoning

-Quantitative Analysis

-Verbal Ability

Therefore, students will be chosen on the grounds of their performance in this Entrance test and will be called forward for an Interview. Those, who do not qualify or appear in the same, would not be entitled for admission.
