ASAP Automation is inviting application for the post of Customer Support Specialist/Logistics Manager

Location : Louisville

Position : Customer Support Specialist/Logistics Manager

Experience: 3-5/2-5 Year

Qualification Required:
Bachelors Degree with strong computer skills including: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and various Databases (SQL Server and Oracle).
Previous experience dealing directly with customers in a support role required.
Strong analytical skills with excellent customer service skills a must.
Previous quality control and/or quality assurance experience preferred.
Willing to travel 15 to 20%. Travel includes site visits for preventative maintenance and support of critical issues.Experience in supporting industrial equipment such as RF handhelds, barcode scanners, carousel equipment etc a plus/Require Master’s or equiv. degree in Engineering or equiv. and 5 years experience in the job offered or 5 years experience as a Logistics Consultant, Engineering Sales Consultant, Planning Engineer, Graduate Research Assistant or equiv.
