Southern Railway Admit Cards 2014 for Group B/C Posts
Southern Railways officially started working from 14th April 1951 in the states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Pondicherry and small portions of Andhra Pradesh. The southern railway has been formed after successful merger of three state railways namely Madras and Southern Mahratta Railway, South Indian Railway, and Mysore state Railways respectively. The main divisions covered under it include the following: Chennai Division, Madurai Division, Tiruchirapalli Division, Palghat Division, Trivandrum Division and Salem Divisions. The Railway Recruitment Board Chennai announces vacancies under different Group D & C posts every year for recruitment in the southern railways.
The RRC (Railway Recruitment Cell) Southern Railway conducted the last recruitment exam under Group D applications on 10th May 2014. The admit cards for the concerned recruitment exam is released about a month before the exam date. The applicants can access their admit card online from either of the following websites: rrbchennai.gov.in or sr.indianrailways.gov.in. Those candidates who do not receive their admit cards offline through post will be required to download the duplicate admit cards available on the mentioned websites only.

Procedure to Download Duplicate Admit Cards Online for RRC Southern Railways Recruitment Exam 2014:
1) Visit the website of RRB Chennai /the concerned Railway Recruitment Board recruiting for Southern Railways only.
2) Then visit the Recruitment Link for concerned posts and find the admit card links (if available).
3) Click on the links of “Download Duplicate Admit Cards” for accessing your printed copy of admit card.
4) Enter your Application Number and /or Date of Birth in the downloading window to download hall tickets online.
5) Print the downloaded copy of hall tickets and carry the same on the day of examination.
Candidates who do not receive their admit cards in either of the modes or with incorrect details must contact the concerned RRB offices for this purpose.
