COMEDK UGET 2013 Application Form

COMEDK has published notification for CET for 2013-14 academic session. Notification details are given below –

Notification Details:

The reported notification is for those students who want to pursue various UG Degree programs in the field of Medical and Dental Colleges in Karnataka.

COMEDK Exam 2013

Eligibility (for MBBS and/or BDS):

The qualifying exam in order to get into the mentioned courses in PUC 2^nd or the 12^th grade or HS exam or any equivalent from any Indian Recognized State or Central Education Govt. The 2 last yrs of study should encompass Physc, Chem and Bio and also Eng as compulsory subject.
The candidate must have bagged the passing marks at least in Physc, Chem and Bio. They must also have bagged 50 per cent minimum marks together in the 3 subjects. The criterion is 40 per cent for Schedule Caste candidates, Schedule Tribe candidates and Other Backward Class candidates. Candidates must also have bagged 50 per cent minimum marks in the three subjects together in COMEDK CET 2013. The criterion for the Schedule Caste candidates, Schedule Tribe candidates and Other Backward Class candidates is again 40 per cent.
COMEDK CET 2013 also has a section on Eng. That means, candidates English language skills will also be tested. A Candidate must have bagged 50 per cent in the subject. Any one fails to meet the criterion will be declared unsuccessful. However, the criterion for the Schedule Caste candidates, Schedule Tribe candidates and Other Backward Class candidates is again 40 per cent.
The candidate must have complete the age of 17 yrs by Dec 31 ’13. Candidates who have completed the qualifying level (12^th) before 2009 are not eligible to appear.
